Scheduled Maintenance for Routehappy API

Start: Friday, 17 October, at 20:00 EDT (UTC-4).
End: Sunday, 19 October, at 08:00 EDT (UTC-4).

Description:

The Routehappy Consolidated API is being enhanced to read and process the new expanded Record 2 subs file. During the transition between Friday, 17 October 2025 (20:00 EDT / UTC-04) and Sunday, 19 October 2025 (08:00 EDT / UTC-04), the API will remain fully operational with no outages but could temporarily process stale data while updates are applied to support the new file.

Business Impact: Customers might temporarily experience stale data processing during the transition period window.
