Starting any new role comes with a learning curve, and I have been learning a lot. Over these past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in the people, partnerships, and platforms that make ATPCO the backbone of airline pricing and retailing. And I have to say, I’m in awe.
The sheer scale of the data that flows through our systems, the depth of industry trust we hold, and the caliber of talent across this organization is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Today, ATPCO maintains nearly 447 million fares in our database, processes an average of 18 million fare changes every day, and distributes more than 1.5 billion data records daily to airlines and partners around the world. ATPCO is not just a standards body, a data platform, or a technology provider; it’s the connective tissue of global airline commerce.
That’s a responsibility I see the entire ATPCO team carry seriously, and one I’m honored to now help lead.
A foundation built to power the future
ATPCO has been serving the airline industry for more than 60 years, evolving with each shift. The company’s staying power is rooted in delivering solutions that remove friction, expand distribution reach, and position the industry for what’s next.
What I see today is an industry at an inflection point. The move to offers and orders has already begun, and it’s a present-day challenge and opportunity. The role ATPCO plays in enabling that shift, through standards, data, and systems integration, is critical to its success.
I’ve seen firsthand in the last month that the foundation is strong. Now, it’s time to accelerate.
Looking back to move forward
As we look ahead, it’s also worth recognizing what ATPCO focused on for the industry last year. I was impressed to learn that ATPCO’s airline membership, Community Participation, grew to more than 450 airlines spanning 147 countries. This group represents 90% of the global airline market, by Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs), and shows the significant connectivity ATPCO brings to the industry.
ATPCO closed out 2025 with several major milestones. Here are just a few of the achievements that made an impact across the industry:
- Product Catalog: ATPCO’s flexible approach that allows airlines to manage and share product data independently of price now has two Product Catalog customers, Airnguru and Longtail Technologies, live in production. Their dynamic pricing platforms are consuming Product Catalog data, supporting their own competitive benchmarking and advanced analytics while strengthening data-driven decision-making.
- 3Victors: Building on ATPCO’s acquisition, we launched the PriceEye Dashboard in 2025. Airline pricing teams can now quickly spot competitive shifts with traceable, trusted competitive shopping data in an interactive, near real-time data visualization tool, enabling each airline to make faster, smarter pricing decisions to improve yields and revenue performance.
- Routehappy: ATPCO launched access to Routehappy for all Community Participation airlines and saw a whopping 152% increase in airlines using Routehappy. ATPCO now distributes Routehappy attributes for 90% of all ASKs, receiving more than 46 million calls to our Routehappy API every day.
Each of these wins represents not just technical progress, but industry-wide collaboration in action; something ATPCO is uniquely positioned to facilitate.
Priorities for 2026: Simplicity, speed, and scale
My goal is to build on this momentum with a clear focus: ensuring ATPCO continues to simplify the complex, deliver value at scale, and empower the airline retailing ecosystem to move faster with confidence.
Here’s what we’re planning for 2026:
- Drive Product Catalog into full production
Support airlines and tech providers as they operationalize catalog-driven retailing, helping bridge legacy and modern models through standards and shared infrastructure.
- Advance our data products for the dynamic era
Expand and enrich solutions like Assembled Data and PriceEye to power real-time pricing, personalization, and automation.
- Invest in AI-ready data and intelligent infrastructure
Accelerate ATPCO’s readiness to support an increasingly AI-driven industry by enhancing data quality, accessibility, and real-time capabilities, creating a trusted foundation for machine learning and automation.
- Strengthen industry-wide collaboration
Deepen engagement with airlines, system providers, and new players to ensure interoperability remains at the heart of innovation, because no one succeeds alone.
- Modernize the ATPCO experience
Evolve how customers access, interact with, and benefit from ATPCO products, including more intuitive interfaces, API-first integrations, and enhanced support.

I didn’t come to ATPCO to only manage what’s already working. I came here because I believe in where this company, and this industry, is going next.
