Rachael joined ATPCO in 2020 and is responsible for the Retailing portfolio in APAC, working very closely with the airlines and sales channels in the region. Before that, she worked with Plusgrade, Travelport, and Amadeus for the previous 10 years, covering mainly Sales and Account Management, and including delivery areas such as operational and product deployment. She most recently held the Partner Success Manager role at Plusgrade for the APAC region.

Cyril joined ATPCO in 2022 and has been working with airlines in APAC, covering sales aspects. Prior to ATPCO, he worked at SITA for 19 years in various areas spanning delivery, commercial, product development, and management. He last held the Senior Business Consultant role and was responsible for development and delivery of SITA’s fare management solution.
