Industry colleagues,
As we reach the midpoint of 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished so far—and more importantly, where we are going.
After stepping into the role of interim CEO, I’ve spent the past several weeks listening to our teams, our partners, and our customers to gain a deeper perspective on what the industry needs most right now. One thing is certain: the pace of change in airline retailing hasn’t slowed. It’s accelerating. And while leadership may evolve, ATPCO’s role as the engine behind innovation and industry collaboration remains steady.
This year has brought meaningful transformation not just across the airline ecosystem, but within ATPCO as well. I’m honored to help lead this organization through its next chapter, continuing the vital work ATPCO has delivered for more than six decades. Through all the shifts and milestones, our mission is unwavering: to provide essential data, reduce complexity, and empower scale through standards, technology, and trusted governance.
Our focus for the second half of the year is clear—and urgent.
Product catalog: From vision to production
In January, we declared that 2025 would be the year dynamic offers truly accelerate. That’s not a prediction anymore. It’s happening.
By the end of this year, we expect both an airline and a technology provider to be in production with ATPCO’s Product Catalog solution. This milestone represents years of collaboration with our community and industry organizations, and it’s proving to be the essential bridge between traditional fare structures and the dynamic, personalized offers travelers expect.
Why is this so important? Because scaling product catalogs is a competitive advantage for airlines.
Airlines testing and using product catalogs today are already creating smarter, more relevant offers that match modern shopping behaviors. Every week, we see new momentum as airlines and systems align to integrate catalog-driven product content into their offer workflows.
It is exciting to see the progress airlines in the industry are making. They’re inserting dynamic ancillary bundles. They’re transforming filed fare data into interoperable catalogs. They’re moving toward real-time offer creation and settlement logic. And they’re doing all this while staying connected to traditional systems. Our Product Catalog solution is purpose-built to allow flexible adoption at your pace. To understand more about bridging this future to unlock dynamic offers without disruption, I encourage you to take a look at our white paper to learn more.
Data remains the heart of ATPCO
ATPCO remains committed to taking data to new heights through products and partnerships that simplify processes, enhance insights, and enable innovation across the ecosystem. Just last month 3Victors launched its new PriceEye Dashboard that integrates enriched shopping data and AI-driven analytics into one comprehensive solution, helping users explore pricing and availability to identify gaps and opportunities.
In 2025, we continue to see strong growth in both adoption and usage of Assembled Data, as more airlines rely on this comprehensive data solution to power dynamic pricing algorithms, drive automation, and enhance decision support within their own internal systems or through third-party technology providers. Assembled Data delivers accurate, timely and easy to consume data and is built to integrate emerging data types for tomorrow’s needs.
Leveling up merchandising through Community Participation
Community Participation is unlike any other airline membership program, giving airlines access to a suite of powerful tools and solutions that go far beyond publishing fares.
Connecting 450 airlines, Community Participation continues to expand its benefits for every member. Recently ATPCO announced we are moving our Routehappy suite into our Community Participation membership, which means airlines will soon have access to broader merchandising reach. From 1 January 2026, each airline member can create Routehappy Visuals using self-service tools in the Routehappy Hub and integrate the API content directly into their own websites. By democratizing access to this data, more personalized and informative shopping journeys will be created for consumers around the world.
Trust through change
In a year of transition—internally and industry-wide—what hasn’t changed is ATPCO’s commitment to neutrality, stability, and innovation.
We’re your partner in both legacy and modern retailing. Whether you’re refining Branded Fares, experimenting with continuous offers, or integrating new NDC capabilities, ATPCO is designed to meet you where you are, and take you where you need to go.
With aligned IATA standards, deep system interoperability, and a modular framework that works with the vendors and providers you choose, we remain the connective tissue of this industry. And we take that responsibility seriously.
Let’s build the future now
As we move into the second half of 2025, I invite you to lean into the change that is already reshaping how offers are created and delivered. Join the MVPs. Test with us. Challenge the status quo. Help shape the standards.
The future of airline retailing is already here. And we’re building it right now, in collaboration with you.
